3.    Membership Fee

Get Some Game charges for Membership privileges (the "Membership Fee"), $7.95 dollars for Basic, and $24.95 dollars for VIP and $49.95 dollars for Elite.  Membership Fees are subject to change upon notice delivered no less than thirty (30) days prior to the end of your then current Membership term.  Such notice from Get Some Game shall be sent to the email address you provide in your Membership application or as updated in your Member profile. You must pay the fee annually in advance. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, a Membership becomes effective from the date that Get Some Game receives payment of the applicable Membership Fee. Get Some Game reserves the right to change the amount and/or structure of its Membership Fees, including, but not limited to, the amount of the Fees, the types and number of pricing tiers or packages, the duration or time increments of the specific Membership packages (e.g., monthly, annual, etc.) and/or the specific privileges ("Premium Privileges") included as part of different Membership packages and/or premium packages, from time-to-time, in its sole discretion on a going forward basis. All Fees and charges are non-refundable, and Membership is non-cancellable, except as explicitly set forth in these Terms and Conditions. 

4.    Term and Termination

Get Some Game may suspend or terminate your Membership and discontinue any and all current or future participation in the Get Some Game Players Club, for any reason or no reason. Get Some Game may terminate your Membership by sending an email to the email address you provide in your Membership application or as updated in your Member profile. You may terminate your Membership and discontinue any and all current or future participation in the Players Club, for any reason or no reason, in your sole discretion.  You are solely responsible for properly cancelling your account. You can cancel your account at any time by informing in store. An email or phone request to cancel your account is not considered cancellation.  If you cancel your Membership before the end of your current paid up term (either annual or month to month), your cancellation will take effect at the end of that term and you will not be charged again. 

5.    Member Benefits

By becoming a Players Club Member, and paying the membership fees as specified in these Terms and Conditions, you will be given access to all benefits of the level chosen.

6.    Privacy

Get Some Game respects the privacy of its visitors.  Although Get Some Game may track the number of visits to each of the pages of its Website, no Personal Information is collected in the process.  The type of information that is automatically collected can include date and time of access of the Website, the Internet protocol address of the computer that you are using, the domain and host from which you access the Internet, your browser software and operating system, and the specific activities you are engaged in while visiting the Website.  This aggregate tracking information is used to help improve and enhance the website experience for all of its visitors.

Collection and Use of Information

Get Some Game will collect some limited Personal Information that you voluntarily provide such as your name, address, telephone number and/or email address, if you communicate with us via email in response to any prompts on this Website or if you register with the Website so as to make use of the password-protected interactive functionality or seek to post, display and/or publish content on the Website.  Additionally, if you elect to enter a password-protected area of this Website, then (a) this Website will recognize who you are and will collect all information that you submit and (b) any information collected about you from this Website may be associated with other information that has been collected from other sources about you. Get Some Game will never share any information without your consent.

7.    Promotions, Sweepstakes and Contests
On occasion, Get Some Game, may conduct certain promotions, sweepstakes or contests (collectively, "Promotions") on this Site.  Each such Promotion may have specific rules and regulations, which will be made available to Members.
